As a long-standing member of both the FSC and PEFC Stewardships, KDM is a responsible purchaser, sourcing material that is fully certified and, where a chain of custody is required by the end user, will ensure that full documentation is provided to confirm all material offered and delivered is sourced from sustainable forestry programmes which fully adhere to the TTF Responsible Purchasing Policy (RPP). Similarly, all kiln dried material offered is fully supported with the relevant heat treatment certification confirming all timber adheres to the strict ISPM15 C56/30 regulations.
By carrying large stock volumes at numerous ports, including considerable undercover storage facilities throughout the UK, KDM are able to offer competitive delivered timber prices with flexible loading volumes and options on a wide breadth of sizes and lengths. More bespoke sizes or specifications can also be sourced upon request.
