Using long established Scandinavian and Estonian supply lines KDM import a wide range of cladding profiles and framing sections to suit our customers diverse requirements for garden sheds, summerhouse, garden offices, garages, studios and stables.
KDM offer both Redwood and Whitewood Kiln Dried Sawfalling grade planed profiles such as T&G Shiplap, PTGV Matching, Rebated Overlap, and T&G Loglap Claddings. KDM also offer a wide range of Redwood and Whitewood Kiln Dried Sawfalling grade planed to PAR (planed all round) framing sections as well as construction graded C16 CLS sections and selected ungraded CLS.
KDM offer a mixed load solution to our customers from our range of core profiles, all material held undercover. This ensures KDM can supply customers with a mixture of cladding profiles and framing as part of one delivery, a perfect supply solution to meet customers demand for “just in time” delivery to suit modern lean manufacturing processes.
KDM are pleased to offer Thermowood specialist claddings. This thermally modified redwood offers an affordable and sustainable solution to some hardwood cladding alternatives. Offering an attractive aesthetic appearance which is free from resin. Thermowood is more stable than untreated softwood which offers excellent longevity performance, with the timber not requiring Chemical pressure treatment.
As a responsible purchaser KDM are able to source material that is both PEFC and FSC certified where chain of custody is required for end user purposes. KDM always ensure that all material purchased is supplied from sustainable sources and adhere to the TTF Responsible Purchasing Policy (RPP). Also considering an environmental responsibility to utilise the most sustainable logistics solutions to minimise environmental impact.
